Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products within 14 days of receipt. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges for any other reason are subject to approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the product was defective or damaged.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for customized or altered products.
